I have led the creation of a new online management program to manage the entire company and departments. This program, built to measure, solves all current and future needs to maintain the business throughout the country.
A system that works with all the webs and APPs that we have in an intelligent way, collecting data in real time and with a great automation allowing a great scalability of business volume. With weekly improvements, both me and my development team have built one of the best technical service management platforms for home and business.
Our design efforts have been important, with the aim of offering a comfortable and agile experience for hundreds of agents who use the program daily. Through the optimization of the interface, we have achieved a management up to three times faster than with other programs of the competition.
