About the company

HomeServe is the leading international company in home care and maintenance, with a track record of more than 20 years of experience. Based in the United Kingdom, it also operates in the United States, France, Italy and Spain. At present, an internationalization process is immersed that will allow it to be present in new countries and reinforce its position as the trustworthy company for home care.

My goal as a digital product manager was to create different insurance sales channels for domestic repairs as well as repair and maintenance services at a fixed price, among others. Preparation of a business plan and start-up to attract customers from digital channels or companies that require a service of repairs, maintenance or assembly.

An important improvement in the service experience that the consumer receives as well as the construction of the broadest catalog up to the date of services at a closed price were two essential objectives to achieve the established objectives.

Mobile apps


I did not participate in the development of the current official APP, Homeserve has a version for Android and iOS with the objective of receiving requests for urgent breakdowns 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

I participated with the commercial team, business development and general direction in the commercialization of our services in large companies and groups.
