Vocational training and first companies

I started working at 18, after completing an intermediate vocational course in air conditioning, and at 21 I set up my first company. With no university degree and no business role models around me, my training happened on the job: sales, collections, hiring and supplier management.

That period produced Bella Idea, the first company in Europe to sell more than 200 services at a fixed price, online and through retail outlets. The project attracted media and investor interest worth more than one million euros.

Bella Idea: growth and closure

After four years of operation I had to manage the closure of the company: suppliers, team, customers with pending services and financial obligations. It was a demanding process that provided training hard to obtain any other way: anticipating risk signals, deciding with incomplete information and sustaining operations in adverse conditions.

Senior management in large companies

Building on that experience, I prepared myself, largely self-taught, to join large national and international companies, some of them listed, in senior roles and management committees: HomeServe, AFS Group - Assista, Jobin, Dominion and, since 2024, PcComponentes, where I created and run the Resellers project.

Building businesses and sharing the experience

In parallel I have created or invested in more than 100 digital and traditional businesses (home renovation, household services, pet grooming and repair shops, among others), applying technology and artificial intelligence to make them viable, sustainable and profitable.

Today, at 39, a central part of my work is to bring that experience to public bodies, schools, companies and organisations, and to lead wealth, employment and entrepreneurship programmes.

Areas of contribution

  • Encouraging training, vocational or university, as the foundation of a professional career.
  • Starting a business after a period of salaried employment, with method and risk control.
  • Professionalising the businesses of freelancers and SME managers with processes, indicators and artificial intelligence.
