Value proposition

Starting a business with method and controlled risk.

Martín Díaz Cuadrado has started a business with no safety net, managed a company closure, worked as an employee on management committees and since then created or invested in more than 100 businesses.

The mentoring turns that experience into an orderly process that reduces the uncertainty of leaving a job and speeds up first sales.

Frequently asked questions

Where does someone in salaried employment start?

By validating the idea with real customers before leaving the job. The first session reviews the proposition, the target customer and financial needs during start-up.

How does the mentoring work?

One-to-one sessions every two or three weeks, with tasks in between: contacting customers, building a first version of the product or service and making first sales.

Is it only for tech startups?

No. Most of the businesses created by Martín Díaz Cuadrado are local. Digital startups are also supported.

Is investment possible?

In digital services or AI businesses in Spain that fit his investment thesis. It is not a condition of the mentoring.

How is the quote determined?

By format: single session, several months of support or a group programme. Proposal within 48 working hours.
